Follow these steps:
● Download and open the Airtel Xstream Play app
● Log in using your Airtel mobile number
● Navigate to the My Plans Page.
● Subscribe to 25+ OTT packs of Rs 279.
● Claim each OTT benefit individually (Zee5 & Netflix require activation steps; JioHotstar & Xstream Play is auto claimed)

Note: Zee5 content discovery and playback should be through Airtel Xstream Play.

● Go to the My Plans Page on Airtel Xstream Play app
● Check subscription status of each OTT
●Ensure all OTTs are claimed to avoid playback errors

● Check if the subscription is active in the My Plans Page
● Confirm you’re logged into the correct email/account for each OTT
● If issues persist, contact support at:

● Use a new email ID that has not been previously used for direct subscriptions or past claims on Airtel network.
● This ensures a smooth activation and avoids rejection from the partner platform.

It is advisable to use a fresh email ID for OTT claims wherever required. If not, there could be:
● Conflict in account verification
● Denial of access due to existing subscriptions

No. JioHotstar is preactivated.
● Open the JioHotstar app and login using your Airtel number
● You can also discover and watch JioHotstar content directly within Xstream Play

● Open the Xstream Play app
● Navigate to the My Plans Page and click on Claim Zee5
● Post claim, you’ll be redirected to the Zee5 content channel page inside Xstream for consumption
Note: Zee5 app installation is required but content playback will happen on Xstream.

● Visit the My Plans Page in Xstream app to verify status

Yes, you can use this app from any location across India.

Airtel Xstream Play promises to bring you enhanced streaming experience, powerful UI and lots of different features. In terms of access to content and our passion to deliver good user experience, nothing changes.

You can browse content without registering, but to watch any content on the app, adding to watchlist or share content, you need to register on the app using your mobile number

If you are using internet on airtel network, the app automatically identifies your number and registers it. If app is unable to do so or in case of a non-airtel number, App will automatically ask you to manually register using the OTP.

You can only register with one number at a time

The registered number can be changed by accessing the My account section via going to the 'You' section on the app and tapping on the profile emoticon. You can tap on reset account or change the registered number directly.

Anyone who has Airtel connection (Prepaid/Postpaid/Broadband/DTH) can access Airtel Xstream Play. Please make sure you register with your Airtel number or registered Broadband/DTH number and ensure that the SIM of the registered number is in the device. If you’re using mobile data, you’ll need to be on Airtel mobile data to access Airtel Xstream. A non-Airtel User can register or browse but cannot stream content on Airtel Xstream Play app.

If you have Airtel prepaid/postpaid number, ensure that you register on Airtel Xstream Play with your Airtel mobile number and have Airtel SIM in the device. If you’re on mobile network, ensure that you’re on Airtel mobile data or wifi. Access on non airtel mobile data will not be supported.

If you are an Airtel DTH user, ensure that you register on Airtel Xstream Play with the registered number of your Airtel DTH account. Also, have the SIM of the registered number in your device on which you are accessing Airtel Xstream Play.

If you are an Airtel Broadband user, ensure that you register on Airtel Xstream Play with the registered number of your Airtel Broadband account. Also, have the SIM of the registered number in your device on which you are accessing Airtel Xstream Play.

Check your device, you may need to insert your Airtel SIM in the device. If you have the Airtel SIM inserted and you’re registered on Airtel Xstream Play with the same number but still unable to access then it might be an issue. Please reach out to us through the 'Help and Feedback' Section.

If you are using mobile data, you’ll need to be on Airtel mobile data to access Airtel Xstream Play. If you are on wifi, there are no such restrictions. If you are on airtel mobile data, then reach out to us for a quick resolution.

The Premium Tag on the content tile means that only Premium users can stream this particular title. Eligibility criteria for Airtel Xstream premium is as follows:

1. Airtel Prepaid users who are active on bundle recharges including and above of Rs 199 in value

2. Airtel Postpaid or Broadband or DTH users

If you are a Non-Airtel User, you can port your mobile number to Airtel or be part of the DTH/Broadband family to avail this benefit.

If you are a Prepaid user, recharge with bundle packs of price >= 199 and get free access to Premium titles on Airtel Xstream Play

The app has adaptive streaming and automatically selects the best quality available according to the network speed to ensure a buffering-free experience.

You can search by entering related fields such as Movie/TV Show title/Director/Actor/Channel name into the Search bar at the top of the page. Example: to search for 3 idiots, type in: 3 idiots, Aamir Khan or Madhavan.

Yes, you can search on the app using voice input. Just tap on the voice icon on the top right section of Search page. Then speak the name of movie, TV show, Channel when the Google Prompt shows up.

You can find the list of Movies, TV shows or videos you have watchlisted in the 'You' section (2nd bottom tab from the left) of the app.

Continue watching Section shows you content you have been watching on Airtel Xstream Play. You can directly start streaming from the place you had left off in the Movie or TV show.
