Terms And Conditions

This contest is brought to you by Xtelify Limited (formerly known as Airtel Digital Limited) (hereinafter "Airtel Xstream Play"). Participants stand an opportunity to participate in this contest by watching Aashram Season -3 (Part-2) on Airtel Xstream and basis fulfilling below mentioned eligibility criteria, one lucky Participant shall stand a chance to win one (1) Apple I-phone -16 ("Contest") in accordance to the terms and conditions set out below:

  1. This Contest shall begin from 28th Feb' 2025 till 31st Mar' 2025 ("Contest Period") and shall be applicable for registered users of Airtel Xstream Play (mobile application, web, and large screens including Android, LG OS, Vidaa , apple TV & Tizen OS).
  2. In order to participate in the Contest, participants must fulfill following eligibility criteria:
  3. One (1) winner amongst the participants fulfilling above eligibility criteria shall be selected by lucky draw from the pool of participants.
  4. All participants must be residents of India and be of age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
  5. Airtel Xstream Play employees, its affiliates and their immediate families are not eligible for this Contest.
  6. Participant acknowledges that Airtel Xstream Play shall have the right to access and take necessary information from all Participants for the purposes of selecting the winner of the Contest. All participants allow Airtel Xstream Play team to approach them on their contact number.
  7. Airtel Xstream Play shall notify Participant about his or her selection as winner of Contest over call or email registered with Airtel Xstream Play.
  8. Airtel Xstream Play shall also have the right to post the name of the Winner on the contest page/social media handles & etc.
  9. Participant being selected as Winner will be contacted by the Airtel Xstream Play to provide the following information within 72 working hours of Xstream sending them a winning confirmation:
  10. The process of Apple I-Phone 16 delivery to the Winner shall be communicated by Airtel Xstream Play and shall be given to the Participant, who completes the terms of process communicated to them by Airtel Xstream Play.
  11. Airtel Xstream Play shall be entitled to postpone, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time before or during the Contest Period with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever. Airtel Xstream Play shall not be liable to compensate any participant upon postponing or cancellation of this Contest.
  12. All applicable taxes, duties, handling and delivery charges towards prize, including all requisite formalities and documentation involved in claiming any prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Participants.
  13. Participant shall comply with all applicable laws in connection with the registration as user on Airtel Xstream Play and for participating/winning under this Contest.
  14. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this Contest/offer, including disputes as to its formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. The participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Gurugram.
  15. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary the maximum aggregate liability under this Contest and/or otherwise, whether such liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence), an indemnity, statute or any other legal theory, shall at all times be limited to INR. 5000/- (Indian National Rupees Five Thousand only).
  16. The selection of the color and storage of the I-Phone 16, shall be determined by the Airtel Xstream Play sole discretion. The winner's input regarding size/color/model etc. and other preferences shall not be solicited or considered by Airtel Xstream Play.
  17. The statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Airtel Xstream Play regarding, Airtel Xstream Play services or the production house.
  18. Participant(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xstream and its affiliates and their respective employees, content partner and delivery partner from any and all claims, including but not limited to actions in case of loss or damage to Apple I-Phone 16 upon delivery.
  19. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such part shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue to have full effect.
  20. These T&Cs are subject to Airtel Xstream Play Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as available on (https://www.airtelxstream.in) in case of any conflict, the T&Cs shall prevail to the extent applicable.
  21. This contest shall not be valid for participants from the state of Tamil Nadu.
